Tri Scottsdale reserves the right to refund the purchase price at any time and refuse further entry for any reason or no reason. Note that we only provide Track at Chaparral to the extent that SUSD provides us with contracted access to the facilities. Holidays and conflicts with student activities can and will limit the number of sessions we are able to provide throughout the year, and we are generally forced into a hiatus from mid-August to mid-November.
